Gold Concepts Public Relations (GCPR), launched in 2006 by Atlanta native Nick Gold, provides strategic counsel to its clients in the areas of media relations, crisis communication/management, media kit/press conference development, community relations, public affairs and special events.

Gold Concepts Public Relations is a division of Atlanta-based IMTC, (International Marketing & Travel Concepts, Inc.), conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta's Buckhead business district. IMTC, founded in 1992, is a wholesale European destination management company. Other divisions include Austrian Airlines Vacation Center, IMTC/Pegasus and Concerts-Austria USA.

Nick Gold, President

Nick Gold has more than two decades of experience in the public relations industry in both the corporate and government arenas. As press secretary for two Atlanta mayors during the city's pre- and post-Olympic period, Gold also served in the vital role of spokesperson for the City of Atlanta. In addition, Gold was actively involved with multiple activities ranging from the Centennial Olympic Games to the Super Bowl as well as the dedication of various buildings, parks and public spaces, managing all public relations aspects on behalf of the City of Atlanta.

Subsequently, Gold served as chief spokesperson for AGL Resources (NYSE: ATG), an Atlanta-based energy services holding company. While working for this nearly $3 billion publicly traded corporation, he was involved with the implementation of the deregulated natural gas marketplace in Georgia. Furthermore, Gold coordinated the announcements of new business acquisitions and played a vital role in strategically building a national profile for the chairman and chief executive officer of the corporation.

Louise Plonowski, Vice President

In addition to Gold, the team at Gold Concepts Public Relations includes Louise Plonowski, who has more than three decades of experience in the areas of marketing and public relations. Louise Plonowski joined IMTC (the parent company of Gold Concepts Public Relations) in 1994 after more than 14 years with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines in Atlanta where she directed the marketing and public relations activities for the Southeastern region of the United States. Prior to that, she worked in hotel management and advertising.
